Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

• For orders over £600, standard delivery costs £25 (*excluding certain postcodes).
• For orders under £600, the delivery charge is £20.
• Delivery charges will be confirmed on the checkout page before placing your order.

Non-Standard Delivery Areas

• Postcodes: DD / AB / PH1–PH31 / IV1–IV3 / IV5–IV16 / IV30–IV36 / PA1–PA19
  • Delivery fee: £70 for orders over £100, £90 for orders under £100.
• Postcodes: HS / KW / ZE / PH32–PH99 / IV4 / IV17–IV29 / IV37–IV99 / PA20–PA99
  • Unfortunately, delivery is not currently available to these areas.

Please note: We do not offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or other remote areas.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the product and time of year. You can check the estimated delivery time:

• On the product page under the “Delivery” tab.
• At checkout before completing your order.

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. However, during peak periods, delivery may take longer. For some items, delivery times can range from 10-15 working days. Please note that estimated delivery times displayed on the website may change at checkout. While we strive to keep delivery information up to date, occasional delays in updating product listings may occur.

Order Tracking

We use a combination of couriers based on the item purchased. However, the majority of our deliveries are handled by our in-house courier service.

You will receive an email or SMS 24 hours before your scheduled delivery, including a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress.
